Dr Nicola Robinson

Director, Global Sustainable Sourcing, MRCVS

Nicola leads the global sustainable sourcing team at McDonald’s Corporation, responsible for the development and execution of sustainability commitments across the McDonald’s global food supply chain.

As a major part of this role, she leads the McDonald’s global beef sustainability strategy which is core to McDonald’s commitment to use its Scale for Good. She is a current Executive Committee member of the Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef and former Chair of the European Roundtable for Beef Sustainability.

Nicola is a qualified Veterinary Surgeon and holds a master’s degree in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London. Nicola grew up in both the UK and Belize, and currently lives in London.
