Closing function - BBQ and drinks

Featuring award-winning brisket and fire-pit lamb.

The Angus Reserve Barbeque Crew are a ‘low and slow’ BBQ team hailing from Wingham on the Mid North Coast of NSW. In 2018 the team represented Australia at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo World Championship BBQ Contest, taking out second place in Brisket using Angus Reserve Beef from their local processing facility, Wingham Beef Exports.

The Angus Reserve Barbeque Crew bring their award-winning brisket to Red Meat 2019’s closing function, and will be joined by MLA Chef Sam Burke cooking lamb over fire pits at this outdoor finale.
